I'm trying to save room in my oven, so I'd like to roast the butternut squash in advance and then just warm it later. Is this ok or will the squash get too mushy?

I have a cake recipe that would require me to cream my butter and sugar. I don't have a machine that could whip it for me, so how would I do cream it by hand? Do you think a blender could work?

I usually make them by cutting the potatoes into tiny pieces w skin and soaking them in a mixture of olive oil and spices, then draining and baking them in the oven. If you have any suggestions, they would be very helpful.

My question? its cooking now, to avoid possible food poisoning...should I keep the bird at a certain temp while cooking? and when i remove the stuffing prior to carving turkey, would it be beneficial to combine the stuffed dressing mixture with the leftover in a dish and microwave it?...would these 3 things avoid food poisoning?

My wife is using some old oil in some brownies, I'd say at least a couple of years old, is it going to be harmful in any way? There is no expiration date on the bottle so she says it never goes bad. I don't know.

I found this recipe online and it sounds good but at the bottom of the recipe it says to combine SUGAR, ginger, cornstarch, and remaining pineapple liquid. But in the list of ingredients it doen't say how much sugar. Any ideas? Here are the ingredients...it's missing the sugar: 4 hens, salt and pepper, half cup melted butter, 16oz sliced pineapple, half cup chicken broth, half tsp ginger, 2 tsp cornstarch....now I just need to figure out how much sugar. Please help! Thank you!
