15 minutes per pound in the oven. 10.25 * 15 = 153.75 minutes / 60 = 2.5625 hours.

Depends on the method. At our house we deep fry our turkey and it takes about 35 min. It takes almost that long to get the oil hot enough to cook.

It is usually 1 hour per 4 pounds at 325-350.
