My dinner guests are arriving later than I expected, my turkey is already done cooking - how can I keep it tasty and hot until they arrive (2 hours from now)?

Go ahead and carve it. then drizzle the drippings over the carved meat. Cover with foil. When they arrive place in heated oven 325 degrees no longer than ten minutes. It'll be fine. I had to do it too.

And next year I'll tell them dinner is two hours earlier. (even tho it won't be)
