I'm looking for sliced Jalapeño peppers in London. I'd like to put together a snack I recently enjoyed at the cinema of Nachos, melted cheese and sliced Jalapeños peppers. Please let me know where I might find some.

I got some crabs from my neighbour last night, I cooked them in boiling water but only for a few minutes. I was told this morning that you are supposed to cook them for 15-20 minutes. I am wondering if the meat is still going to be okay, I have already taken the meat out of the shells, and I am planning on making crab bakes, maybe the meat can continue cooking this way? Any suggestions would be apreciated.

When do you put the cheesecloth on a turkey? I heard if you saturate cheesecloth with butter and then lay it on the turkey it keeps it moist and turns it golden brown... Is this true?

I have always loved beef jerky. I was visiting some relatives a couple weeks ago, and one of my uncles had a meat dehydrator and we made some beef jerky. He made a good batch. I'm going to get my own dehydrator soon and was wandering if anyone had any good recipes for beef jerky.

It's my husband's birthday and I'm making him chicken. I just don't know how I want to fix it. He's not picky, he'll eat almost anything. I don't want a recipe from a website. I want one that you have actually made and know that it tastes good. Anyone have one?
