make investments in an Alligator! it really is a heavily cool and effectual piece of equipment that dices onions (besides as a lot of different vegetables) in seconds. i purchased one very last year even as i became making diverse abode-made curries in bulk and had about 5kg of onions to get by. not in any respect regarded decrease back - no tears in any respect. a touch expensive at £20 yet nonetheless very cool. check out the source(s) for a hyperlink. The more moderen ones (like mine) have a plastic clip on collecting container which collects the chopped onion and contain the vapours even more effective perfect.

You could try soaking them in water before chopping them. That is what some coworkers of mine did at a pizza place we worked at.

I saw it on the FoodNetwork. Put salt on your hands, chop near heat, and put vinegar on the onion.
