I need instructions on how to cook angus burgers. How long do they usually take to cook all the way through, I'm not an awesome cook when it comes to meat..I spent my entire life as a vegintarian. I can never seem to know when the meat is done and I have to make a "test" burger to split open. Is there a better way? Thanks

I am trying to be on a diet, I hate fruits and vegetables. The only vegetable I like is spanich...I can tolerate cucumbers, so I was wondering, "What will make them taste better?". Any ideas make make things like carrots and such taste better would be appreciated. Quick ideas without cooking please as it is for my lunch at work and has to be something I can just throw together. Thank you so much!

I'm making dinner for my bf and me, and I couldn't think of a good side dish to serve along with salad. He and I are both trying watch what we eat so I'm using low fat cheese and ground turkey for the lasagna, but I dont want to go overboard with the carbs by including bread with the pasta. I'm looking for a good vegetable side that compliments the pasta. Any suggestions?

Here's veggies we don't like:

Squash
Peas
Asparagus
Corn (off the cob)
Zucchini

My husband has requested a cheesecake for his b-day tomorrow and I have never made one. I read that the best way to bake one is in a water bath? Is this true and how do I go about doing that?

I'm making a cake and it calls for 240ml (1 cup) of oil. I think I would rather use butter... can I do that, or will it change the texture of the cake? And if I can how much butter do I need? Thanks for your help!
