Nope. It wouldn't be thawed and cooked through by that time.

Why dont you thaw it tonight and have it ready for tomorrow?

Thawing the chicken in cold water is a faster method than thawing in the refrigerator, but the proper precautions must be taken when using this thawing method. Fill the sink with enough cold tap water to cover the chicken and place the wrapped chicken in the water. The water should be changed every 30 minutes. Do not use warm water, even though it will thaw the chicken faster, it will also cause the growth of bacteria. Do not use this sink for other purposes during thawing period and be sure the thawing water does not splash onto other preparation surfaces or food. Once the chicken is thawed, remove it from the sink and clean all utensils and surfaces affected during the thawing period with hot water and soap. Thawing time: one hour per pound.

yes you can put frozen chicken in a slow cooker. I've done it myself a time or two. here's what i like. it's the best chicken i know. OK you need a vinegar based barbecue sauce. and maybe if you like just a little vinegar too. put the chicken in the cooker, pour the sauce in the pot the whole bottle. till it's at least half way the depth of your cooker. turn it on high cook till done. enjoy

It will take too long now in the slow cooker. Put it in a baking dish with some sliced potatoes and a can of cream of mushroom soup over the top and bake for about 1 hour. Yummy.
