prob like 2-3 days in the fridge would be the most....

If they're wrapped in foil and in the fridge, I never went longer than 3 days at the restaurant. But only the look and sniff test was the best teller. Then I'd use them in other recipes. I'd never rebake them.

2-3 days. I use this rule for all leftover foods. Cleaned and steamed vegetables are the only exception to that rule. I will eat clean, steamed veggies for 5 days.

They should be fine in the fridge for about a week/week and a half. Chop them up with some onions and fry them until they're browned.

They will turn dark the next day, so I usually use them all or grate them up and make hash browns the very next morning.

If the skin is intact, up to a week in the fridge. Been there, done it...more than I wanted to. :P
