Pigmeat mama!

What's wrong with smoked Bacon?

I can look up the Internet, so no Italian "cheese on toast" recipes.

Tell me what do do with it and how to obtain it in England and is it worth the extra dosh?

Is Italian food a confidence trick and everything is better elsewhere?

Also, I need a good, easy (easy being the key word) mexican dessert recipe for my class project. It needs to be a Latin American dessert recipe or a recipe for sweets. I have to make enough for my class (30 students + 1teacher) so I need a recipe that won't have me guessing ratios for the correct measurements. But I don't want to spend too much money.
