i am going to lighty bread and pan fry the chicken then cook it (in the frying pan unless someone has a better suggestion) with the sauce and serve it with tomato parmesean noodles,,,

After you brown the chicken (your method sounds fine), and add the sauce to heat, stir in some peeled, minced fresh tomatoes. I do not bread the chicken, but you sure can, if you want to...

THEN serve over your yummy tomato parmesan noodles! ;-))

That's a recipe I got from the label on a jar, and it is GOOD! :-))

Good cooking! You're doing fine! :-))

Everyone I know eats this stuff up like there is NO tomorrow! :-))

Sounds great, just don't cook it in the sauce. Put the sauce on the noodles instead, and serve them on the same plate. yum

it sounds fine ... maybe you want to cook it in a crock pot though? That would make it taste a little better, and cook the noodles in a pan. But yes, you sound like a good cook to me. good luck!

Sounds fine.. though I prefer to pound breast-meat. Gives it good texture and density.
