Wash seeds and allow to completely air dry. Then melt 1/2 stick of margarine or butter in 2 qt. pot. If you have a large amount of seeds then just add more. When margarine is melted remove from stove and add the dry seeds and stir to coat them evenly.

Cover cookie sheet with foil and spread coated seeds on to sheet. Then sprinkle Lawry's seasoning salt onto the seeds and bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. You will want to keep an eye on them while in the oven so they don't burn! Let seeds cool a bit and then put them into bowl to serve and then toss the foil and you don't have any further clean up.

If you like really spicy stuff you can add some tobasco sauce to the melted butter to taste before coating the seeds.

Melt two tablespoons of butter and mix in the pumpkin seeds until they are coated, sprinkle (heavy or light, depending on how you like them) with lawrys seasoned salt. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 mins. Mm... tasty.
