RED LOBSTER CHEESE BISCUITS
2 c. Pioneer biscuit mix
1 egg, beaten
Scant 1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. grated sharp cheese
Mix biscuit mix, egg and milk. Mix in melted butter and cheese. Drop by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes
CHEESE GARLIC BISCUITS AKA RED LOBSTER
BISCUITS
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Mix Bisquick, milk and cheddar until a soft ball forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by balls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Mix butter and garlic and brush on rolls while still on the pan and hot.

I agree with Snag. I love those Red Lobster biscuits! The Bisquick ones come out pretty close! I add extra garlic to mine, and then top them with a little melted butter when they come out of the oven. The recipe is right on the box by the way. It says drop biscuits, then look further down and it will have the cheddar recipe! Enjoy!

Make Bisquick Biscuits and add shredded cheddar cheese and a little garlic to taste and bake according to Bisquick directions.

I used to have this book! Look online for copycat recipes. The site has tons from a bunch of different chain restaurant. I'd give you the recipe, but I sold the book.
