I have a regular-sized muffin tin that I want to bake a meatball recipe in tonight for dinner, and they need to be completely cooked when I pull them out of the oven. I am not wanting to finish cooking them in a sauce after baking. Does anyone have a good recipe I can use? I really appreciate everyone's input in advance. Have a great day folks!

I just got married - my husband's birthday is tomorrow. What is a good dish to cook for him. He hates tomato - (sauces, etc) so italian is out. He likes sausage, man foods, that I don't. But I want to impress him w/ a good meal. We always eat chicken, so I'd like to step outside the box...

Ideas?

What do peolple always expect you to bring at gatherings, what makes it so special and how is it prepared? I'm pretty confident in my banana pudding, but I'm not sure if it could be my "signature dish". Any ideas?

It calls for 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder. I don't have baking powder. And no Baking Soda. Is it okay if I go ahead and just omit using the baking powder or will they be ruined?
Help. Quick.

I grew up in the deep south and we always had this really moist - almost runny -cornbread dressing for the holidays that had turkey pieces right in it. My mom was from NY and never made this, we had it at other relatives homes so she doesn't have a recipe. Due to the runny nature and the fact that it had the turkey already in it I don't think it was cooked in the bird, but prepared after the bird was done. I'm only guessing. Any help is appreciated

I was considering buying a small countertop convection oven but since I have no experience cooking with convection I am looking here for people who have used this type of oven. I will be using it for baking cookies and the occasional cake. Please give me the brands you like best for I am not new to baking but I am new to convection. Thanks

It's supposed to be in a form that can be sliced. Normally my stuffing is crumbly. Please help. How do I do this? Do I squash it in a loaf tin or roll it up in foil or what? I havent time to experiment!

Does anyone have a good flavourful, but not too spicy hot chilli recipe? I'm very sensitive to spice, what most people consider mild is pretty hot to me, so I'm looking for a basic, gentle chilli recipe, but still flavourfull.
