How do l make my own,the ones you buy are either to hot or have way to much ginger in them!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
1 cup rice vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons hot chile pepper, minced
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 teaspoons cornflour

DIRECTIONS
Pour water and vinegar into a saucepan, and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in sugar, ginger, garlic, chile pepper, and ketchup; simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in cornflour. Remove saucepan from stove to cool. Then transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until needed.

get some sweets, blend with chilli, don't add ginger

lazy chilli or fresh, vinegar and soft brown sugar.Add all this in a pan and simmer for about 30 mins.

Heat some water and sugar (equal amounts) and add your desired amount of chopped chilli,sweet............
