I am currently bored of the Ramen Noodles with a spice packet and soon will be going to college and going on a steady diet of the stuff. I need to add something to it to make it less boring! Right now I will drop a few eggs in and that is pretty good but I would like a few more ideas.

I am wondering what your favorite baked macaroni and cheese recipe is. I am hoping to add cubed ham to it. They serve this dish at East Side Marios and I love it.

My dh grandmother was from england and she made these for him as a child. The miners in Wales and England took these pocket type sandwiches to work in their lunch because they were easy to carry. I'm looking for the savory ones, not the dessert type.
