I want to know how long it take to cook the breasts that come in those big cheap bags. Also, which WAY is the fastest. Boil, bake, etc. I want to get it to the point that I can put it in a frying pan and make them into chicken tacos!

If your goal is shredded chicken for tacos I suggest boiling the chicken. You can just throw it in frozen and let it boil away in a pot of water until it's cooked through. It will take about 25-30 minutes at a rapid boil to get it cooked through.
If you have all day to make the chicken, another suggestion is to put it whole and frozen in your crockpot with taco seasoning (or whatever seasoning you want) and a little water and let it cook all day on low. It will be super easy to shred by evening and great for tacos or enchiladas.
Good luck

You should definitely thaw them first, otherwise they will come out dry after cooking. It's easy to thaw them quickly too. Uh, you don't have a kitchen sink? Well, fill up a large bowl with cold water from the bathroom sink and sit the chicken in it. Change the water every 20 mins or so, until it's thawed. Which shouldn't take more than 30 to 35 minutes tops. Edit: Then the heat isn't high enough. The pans aren't hot enough to cook the inside of the chicken without drying the outside.

Do not cook the chicken frozen. Outside with be overcooked and dry and inside not done. Plan ahead. Pull some of the chicken out day before and put in a zip lock back and put in refrigerator and it should thaw overnight. You could put the chicken in COLD water to quick thaw but refrigerator would be better.

I thaw them in microwave or in refrigerator. Then fry them on a high heat until brown on outside, then put on plate and cover with saran wrap and microwave about 3 minutes for 2-3 breasts. This keeps them moist.

At 350, it will take about 1 hour. Then you can slice or dice them up for your tacos.

make sure that the chicken is fairly flat (I've never used cheap chicken before) so like no thicker than both of your hands laid on top of each other, not thinner than just one hand either
if so, bake them at 275 degrees farenheit, and they should be done in 18 to 25 minutes.....if they are thinner, pan fry them, turn regularily so as to keep from burning...like every minute....they will be ready in no time, less than 10 min.....if they are thicker, than boil them, they will be ready to cut up and pan fry in less than 30 mins.
personally I think the best way would be to get a really sharp knife, run the chickens under some cold to luke warm water, when the outside is a little soft, cut the chicken into thin stips and than pan fry them....but this takes some cooking skill.

you should have defrosted them the night before, or now run them under cold water.
