lets say you eat fried chicken and you love it and you also eat baked chicken and you love it. would you pick baked or fried?

baked is better for you, fried tastes better

First one and then the other. Whatever you are in the mood for at the time. Fried chicken has much more fat in it. Removing the skin before frying or baking is more healthy

While I love fried chicken, baked is my preference to keep down the fat content.

Too much added fat just because it's fried. Go wit the baked Chicken

I fry my chicken (brown it) and then bake it on 350 for 45 min. Gives you the best of both worlds.

well..baked chicken would be a healthier option for sure----

I wouold stick with the baked...i don't need more crap in my body like greasy fired chicken.

i would pick fried but if i was tryign to watch might wieght i would go with baked
