How long can you keep broth that you have cooked chicken or beef in? Please do not tell if you do not know the answer unless of course, you want to kill me.

I am making a bread and the recipe calls for all-purpose white flour. I used the one I had in my house which said best if sold by January 2006. It is now a couple months away from January 2007. I havn't baked the bread yet (because its rising) but will the year old flour pose any health threats

I bought one of these cutting boards at Whole Foods. It is really nice to cut on, but I wonder what it is made of. The description on the label and on their website says "environmentally friendly". I really want to know if its healthy for ME!

It says it is a natural wood fiber composite laminate. I wonder what kind of chemicals are used in the the composite.

I like to cook using a lot of strong spices and bold flavors, but my girlfriend likes to "taste the flavor of the food and not the spice". Also what foods are these spices good for (beef, poultry, etc.).

I am getting a turkey already cooked with no dressing. How can I make a good dressing without the drippings from the turkey? I would like low fat but would use any recipe that is extra good.
Thank you so much,

I want to buy my wifey a pink KitchenAid mixer for her Birthday. However, there are a few of them out there, as well as dozens of attachments. She cooks and bakes a lot. I just want to know which model I should get and which attachments would be most useful for her. Thanks!

With the Holidays coming up, I was wondering what the BEST tasting things that are out there that I could make?

You can post your recipe or a LINK to a recipe here. (or even post a LINK and your MODIFICATIONS to the recipe.)

I need recipes for ALL courses (Appetizers, Main Course, Sides, Desserts, and Beverages.)

[ARE YOU UP TO THE CHALLENGE?]

Even though I will personally select the recipes I like, I will leave the VOTE for the BEST recipe to the public. So make sure It's a GOOD one!

THANKS and GOOD LUCK!
