I saw a recipe that uses this instead of flour, baking powder and some other things I believe. Is it sold under a brand name? I have never heard of such a thing.

i want to take the normal english potatoe and make chips or fries to sell to our local fast food outlets. bulk storage in the freezer has become a problem because the chips usually turn black before they freeze. i guess i need to know everything about the preperation process of potatoe chips from natural potatoes, as well as any helpful tips about cold storage as relates to the english potatoe.

I am in charge of bringing the appetizers to Thanksgiving at my fiance's house. I know how to cook, however I'm not that advanced, so I was hoping anyone out there could share recipes for appetizers that would be appropriate, and not too difficult. They are a wonderful and classy family, and I would love to do a good job with this.

Thank you!

I will be baking my gifts this year again. I will bake 12-15 varieties baked goods. Last year, I put the different treats into zip-lock sandwich bags and placed them into decorated, woven baskets. I thought it looked a tad bit tacky as I hastily put them together. My treats have to be seperate; they include: Cheese&chive puff pastry balls, Macadamia nut brittle, White and dark chocolate almond bark, Monteray Jack and Jalapeno cornbread mini muffins, assorted cookies, and banana nut bread. HELP! Everyone will get the whole variety.

I need a recipe for biscuits that are similar to the canned buttermilk biscuits you buy at the store. I seem to remember this being a topic on a show on the Food Network, but I cannot find it on their website.
