I want to make stuffing now and freeze it until Thankgiving. Will it be ok

It should be fine, make sure you give it adequate time to thaw and seal it perfectly so it won't pick up a freezer taste.

You can freeze it in small amounts like in muffin tins for ease of thawing and reheating.

Yes you can. A tip is to use a bit less liquid than it calls for though so it is a bit dry and after thawing add the missing liquid then bake to heat. Happy Thanksgiving!

Yes, you can freeze. I prepare the food for my husband one say in a week and freeze everything, meets, rices, pastas and more. The best form for used then is defrost one day before used.

We did after thanksgiving last year and when we went to use it it was just fine to be reheated.

NO DUFUS!IT WILL BE SOLID AND YOU CANT HEAT IT UP BECAUSE THEN IT WILL BE GROSS!!
