dilute the pepper w/ more stock, veggies, meat, noodles, whatever.

As you can tell from the other answers there's not much you can do to get pepper out of soup. You could try skimming the top with a fine mesh strainer; you'll get some out that way. You can also pour the broth through a coffee filter that you put in a strainer. I always strain my soup, but I don't like to actually eat the onions and celery.
