I got 3 pieces a year ago, a bundt pan, muffin pan and brownie pan. They seemed a little wiggly but all three worked fine. The best one is the bundt pan, followed by brownie pan then muffin pan. There was no great improvement in the baked goods from using them. The pans are low cost right now, so you can experiment. I thought they were a little more work to clean than a regular pan. Best of luck to you! My set is blue and I paid $9.99.

I like my silicone bakeware. You have to set it on a cookie sheet because they are pretty wobbly.
I found one that is VERY STURDY. It's from the Pampered Chef. It makes cupckakes in little flower designs. It has some sort of reinforement around the edge. It works great! It's easy to clean because you do not need to spray it with oil.

i have, and it's great for anything that you need to bake under 400f...

i have also used silpats for many years, they are also good, but they tend to degrade if you bake bread daily at 500f on them for a few months

the bakeware is great for muffins and such, because it's so easy to unmold them...and they store easily cause you can stuff them into a drawer...

in my experience with silicon bakeware, it works great, just make sure you put a cookie sheet under it to support it before you fill it and put it in the oven.

Don't use it.

It's a great concept, poorly executed.

There's no support. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to put a cake in and the "support" was gone. My oven is so covered is batter than it took forever and a day to get it off.

In addition, it's HARD to clean. Pam you spray on will stay there forever.

It's better to invest in actual cookware.

i think it's fantastic. though you do need a sheet pan under most to give support. they are machine washable, so i'm not worried about the cleaning. and if you got a "set" for $9.99 you probably didn't get a quality item

I got the one for muffins and I love it, the muffins come out evenly cooked and they don't stick at all.
