There's a chain steakhouse called Logan's, and their bread rolls are billowy, soft & sweet. Does anyone have a recipe for them, or similar? I don't use bread machines, I do everything by hand.

I'm interested in in a safe edible product that could be painted such as with a paint brush to paint cookies and such. White paint at least, would be good, then it could be tinted with food coloring.

I have been assigned the "green bean casserole" for our Thanksgiving meal. I usually make it the old fashioned standard way - green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, french fried onions, black pepper. Any of ya'll have any extra little touches you add to this?

I'm not trying to be racist and I dont necissarly mean just whites either. but i had asked a question on here that had something to do with "do you know how to cook African food?..." and some white people answered my question saying "I know how to cook collard greens" and "i know how to cook African food, i love to make chitlins".
i'm just wondering. why would they consider soul food to be African food???
