Go to the store. Look for a product called Wick Fowlers 2 Alarm Chili. Do what it says on the package. It is the best I've ever had.
There is also Wick Fowler's False alarm Chili, my husband,
Mr. I-don't-like-chili even likes Wick Fowler's False alarm chili.
Of course have on the side the onions and shredded cheddar, and some corn bread.

Hi, I found this on the web, hope it helps! wagamama chilli sauce As you may recall, I had a pretty good time at Wagamama, and have fooled around with their noodles cookbook. Recently, I made some chilli sauce found in the yasai chilli men. (Yes, what many of us more sensibly transliterate as “mein,” Wagamama spells as “men” on their menu. Makes me imagine an army of little Lego guys marching through puddles of chili sauce.) I used orange bell peppers instead of the red ones listed in the recipe, because they were on sale. Cookbook says: There is a rounded fruitiness to this sauce allied to a hefty kick, which, if you choose, you can down-play simply by reducing the amount of chili used. Generally used as a dipping sauce. It will keep for a few days in the fridge. (makes about 300 ml) 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 2 lemongrass stalks, outer leaves removed, finely chopped 1 tsp peeled and grated fresh ginger 1 chili (I used a jalapeno), finely chopped 1 medium red onion, peeled and finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1 Tbsp light soy sauce 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and finely chopped 1 Tbsp bought sweet chili sauce (such as this or this) 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup 300 ml water (about 10 fl oz.) Heat the vegetable oil in a small pot over low heat until hot. Add the next eight ingredients and saute for 7-8 minutes without coloring. Add the red pepper and continue cooking gently for 8-10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Blitz in a blender or food processor. (Careful with hot things in blenders! As mentioned above, you can use this as a dipping sauce, or you can use it as a sauce for noodles with stir-fried vegetables with meat or tofu. Wagamama does it with wheat noodles, zucchini, snow peas, mushrooms, onions, and bell pepper.
