Classic Turkey Dressing:
1 package Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 pound Jimmy Dean's Sage sausage, cooked
2 cups chopped celery
1 chopped onion
1 raw egg, beaten
1 can chicken broth (add more if needed)
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Mix all together and stuff in the turkey cavity. Put the leftover mix in a casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350.

In my family we make a stuffing called Navicka. I love it! Here is how you make it:
Saltine crackers 1 box
eggs
garlic (freshly minced)
milk
chives

Crunch the saltine crackers finely...add the eggs milk garlic and mix together well. You can add chives for extra flavor. You can use this to stuff the turkey and you can make an pan on the side. This stuffing is great warm and it's even better the next day cold! I am sorry I do not have exact amounts on ingrediants, this was spur of the moment. I can bring in the actual recipe tomorrow and give you the exact details. Trust me you will want to try this one!
