i have cream of brocolli soup to go on it

i brown them in a skillet with flour and cooking oil, then put them in a roaster covered with water and seasoning and bake them @350 for an hour.

Garlic Sage Sirloin Tip Roast
Ingredients
1 2-lb Boneless Pork Sirloin Tip Roast
3 tablespoons minced fresh sage, or 2 teaspoons dried rubbed sage
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon molasses or honey
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Preparation
Heat oven to 350°F. Place pork roast in foil-lined baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; spoon over top and sides of roast.
Roast for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until internal temperature reaches 150°F to 155°F. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8

Ready In 1 hr. 45 min.

Are they like sirloin chops? without the soup you can bar-b-que this type of meat. Here is a recipe for a marinade

Merlot wine
Dijon mustard
rosemary

mix together and marinate meat for 30 minutes and grill.

My favorite way is marinating it in ranch dressing and baking it or frying. When ready throw some mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt then serve. The couple times I've made it both my hubby and his friend loved it!!!

I brown it in a skillet. and after it is good and brown I add a little water, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes(keep checking water level). Then I add a little more water and bring to a boil and add egg noodles. When done, serve with mashed potatoes.
