Hi, I need some help finding a recipe-
(I bet know on will no)

My aunt's boyfriend brings in a dish that has cranberries, nuts, and all. It's a actually pink, not red, not something you bake. I think you have to keep it cold to.

Sorry-I know I don't have much info, but he's not coming this year, and that's on of my favourite desserts. I know not many people are going to answer.

P.s I don't know if this is a recipe he made up, or if it is actually out of a book or something.

I love the fruit, but it seems like there has to be a better way to get at it! please help!

I start the mixture in a breadmaker(using dough setting) which rises quite well. I kneed it for a further five minutes, with minimum flour then allow to rise to double in size. Finally glaze with butter before baking for 20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees c. But the texture is still a little heavy. Ingredients include: 1 1/4 cups of water, 1 tbsp skimmed milk powder, 2tbsp melted butter, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 3 1/4cup of strong white bread flour, 1 1/2 tsp fast action yeast. Thank you.

We bought a bag of mussels today and the ride home is 30 minutes. All of them are now slightly open. Can I still cook/steam them or are they now bad? None of them are wide open. But they are definitely not moving or anything.
