I bought a package of dried unknown "white fungus" and it was absolutely different thing than I expected, not as dried champignons, which I had used with noodles. I found a more precise name of this mushroom in Internet. I am curious how people eat them.

Maybe you know some good recipes for cooking, with Cauliflower mushrooms?

My aunt once gave me a recipe for a cake using a yellow cake mix, nuts, and coconut. I've lost the recipe and she doesn't remember one like that. Does anyone have a recipe using these things?

Depending on where you go in North America, people have different recipes for homemade chili. Mine gets some good complements but I don't think it is the best. Anyone here think they have the BEST chili recipe and would like to share it?
