QUICK AND EASY PASTA SALAD
Combine 1 pound of cooked spaghetti or any type of pasta.
8 ounces bottle of Italian salad dressing.
4 tablespoons of salad supreme.
Toss with an assortment of chopped vegetables.
Serves at least 20 people.
Tomatoes and cucumbers are a good combination to use in salad.
This salad is perfect for a card or shower luncheon.
EASY TOMATO/CUCUMBER SALAD
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber, peeled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
dill to taste
Dice tomato and cucumber into small cubes of desired size.
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes, then serve.

hello try this: Pistachio Fruit Salad>>>1 package (3 3/4 ounce) pistachio instant pudding mix >>1can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple(not drain)>>1 large container (9 ounce)frozen whipped topping..unfrozen>>1 can(11 ounce) mandarin oranges, drained>>1 cup miniature marshmallows>>1 banana sliced(optional)>>>>>>Put the pudding into a large bowl,stir in pineapple with the juice, the thawed whipped topping, drained oranges,marshmallows,banana(if you wish)..If you want you can add 1/2 cup chopped nuts..Put into a mold and set in the refrigerator for a few hours or over night>>This can be frozen if you omit the bananas...the only thing that you would have to do is maybe help with the opening of the cans>>Happy Holidays

"Sunny Carrot Salad" - 5 servings
3 cups shredded carrots
2 cups unsweetened crushed pineapple; drained
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
In large serving bowl, combine the carrots, pineapple and raisins; stir in mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Just before serving, add almonds and sunflower seeds; toss to coat.
"Waldorf Salad" - 4 to 6 servings
2 cups diced unpared apples (about 2 medium)
1 cup diced celery
1/3 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Combine all ingredients and toss. If desired, mound salad in lettuce cups and garnish with maraschino cherries.

Buy a pkg of salad mix @ the grocery store. Add sliced tomato, onion, bell pepper, bacon bits, shredded cheese, croutons & your favorite dressing.....Toppings are all optional - just add what you like. My favorite is shredded carrots, cheese, bacon bits & boiled eggs......with 1000 island dressing of course ( ranch is a close second! )
