When I see or cook “Mountain Oysters”(bull testicles), I get turned on and giggle a lot because of those big male gonads. I think they are just fascinating.

I have three pie pumpkins and plans to make a bunch of different desserts with them throughout the week. If i baked all the pumpkins, pureed them tonight, and put them in the fridge would the puree still be good to use for baking in 7 days?

The ingredients are CREAM CHEESE, sugar, eggs, margarine, flour, lemon-lime soda, and flavorings. Cream cheese is a must!

So my birthday is tommorow, and we do a whole celebration thing in ROTC for everyones birhday, so I'm bringing a cake, but I'm running into a dilemma, half of them like white and half like chocolate. Though theyll all eat chocolate if they have to. I know I could make a marble boxed cake but I sort of wanted to make it from scratch, so I was wondering if anyone had a recipe that makes a really good cake that I could make for this event.

Greetings.

I used to be a cooking-spray user until I noticed my sprays would leave sticky yellow residue on my pans. I then turned to butter for frying, but am looking for something healthier. What causes certain sprays to leave a residue? What sprays can I count on to not ruin cookware?

We have a big deep fryer big enough for our 18lb turkey. I just have no idea how to do it. Do we season or bread it? How long to we fry it for? What kind of oil do we use? Thank you!!!

I go through a lot of peanut butter jars. I hate throwing them out. Does anyone have any crafts or other uses I could put them to? Looking for something besides candle making.

I've made a sweet potato and applesauce whip before but last year it came too runny. I am guessing I had the wrong ratio. Basically it's canned sweet potato and applesauce whipped together and baked. I never had a recipe. I am searching for one. If anyone knows, or perhaps a website where I can type in the 2 ingredients and it can search for a recipe.

Appreciate it!

They are sweet potatoe pies. Do I need to adjust oven temp? It calls for 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. I'm using pre-made crust.
