We just had hamburger pie last night. My husband asked why haven't I made it in so long! There is many types of pie we eat in the good ole U.S.A. My hamburger pie is a take off from Shepards pie. I really like to go to this huge import bakery/store. They have so many different kinds of pies, sweet and savory. More and more import places are popping up and showing us the cuisienes from all over the world. We have ate pies with gravy and meat for generations, so its nothing new. I like the phylo crust and puff pastry pies, introduced from other cultures, and now we have adapted them into our home cook books and tables. Also, yes...we do have sausage rolls. The world grows smaller, and the U.S. is a melting pot of all kinds of people. So, basically everyone brings a little something to our table!

Either way - we in US just don't like them. Bland tasteless British, Scottish, and Irish food is the reason they hang out in those pubs and drink dinner. Men the world over like good food. Sorry Brits - we love you - but - we do hate the food.
