What do restaurants usually serve with stuffed lobsters? I'm making it with a bread crumb based stuffing if that helps any.

Lot's of melted butter, some cut lemons, and a big salad of field green with toast points.

I agree that a big green salad would be nice, or you could do little endive hors d'oeuvres with some kind of light filling. I think, as rich as lobster is, you're better off doing something light -- asparagus maybe? Or roasted tomatoes and green beans. You could start with a light soup with bruschetta, and then have the lobster with the roasted tomatoes and green beans on the side, and then a light-tasting dessert, like lemon panna cotta.

Clam chowder as a first course.

Red Lobster's cheddar biscuits.

Crispy green salad with Bleu cheese dressing, tomatoes & croutons..

Baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives

Steamed broccoli dripping with butter

Drawn butter on the side for lobster dunking.

Cheesecake & coffee for dessert.

What time is dinner! lol

I would do corn on the cob and biscuits. I know its a bit off season, however, you can usually buy corn on the cob from the freezer section of your local grocery store.

Make the biscuits your favorite way. Try a twist on the corn by buttering it, sprinkling it with chili powder (hot or mild), and squeezing a lime over them. I saw this idea on the food network...its yummy.

Rice pilaf or Scalloped potatoes - Cesar salad or tomato with buffalo mozzarella- steamed asparagus or corn and black bean salad -for dessert creme brulee or chocolate mousse.
