I have three pie pumpkins and plans to make a bunch of different desserts with them throughout the week. If i baked all the pumpkins, pureed them tonight, and put them in the fridge would the puree still be good to use for baking in 7 days?

It lasts 3 days in the fridge, but you can freeze them.

it should be fine, but make sure it is in sealed container.
