Normally about a week.
If you put it in a plastic bag and squeeze all the air out,,,about 2 weeks.
As far as Spoiling,,depending on how it was smoked it wont Spoil for at least a month if kept covered & refrigerated.
But your best flavor and moisture level lasts about a week

A few days at most.
Slice all the meat off, pick off what you can't slice off, and refrigerate what you'll eat in the next couple of days. Then boil the carcass for stock and add some of the meat, along with carrots, celery, and onions, plus noodles or rice, for a yummy soup that can be frozen for a couple of months -- perfect for late-January sickies! The rest of the meat will freeze as well.

It will keep longer than a regular turkey. I would say about a week in the fridge well wrapped. It may tell you on the label of the turkey

Smoked meats last way longer than meats cooked by other methods. I'm not really sure how long though. You might want to do a web search to find out.
