Other than turkey do you serve another meat or something instead of turkey?

We usually make a ham too.

sure. serve a chicken, for example, if you aren't going to have enough people to warrant a turkey. it's really up to you. any high end fancy meat is fine. a "roast beast" (like in the Grinch) is good, ie. pot roast, etc. but maybe better for Christmas. i'd say any kind of fowl is ok for T-day--chicken, turkey, duck, cornish hens. you name it! with all the fixings, of course.

sometimes we have honeybaked ham. even though it isnt traditional its still yummy.
