That depends on the burger. An honest to goodness, high quality burger needs only a minimum of seasoning and perhaps a small amount of the condiment(s) of your choice. That's so you can taste the meat and not the ketchup/mustard/mayo whatever. Given the almost unidentifiable slabs of mystery meat that typically pass for a burger in the US it's acceptable to put anything you want on it. Afterall, without their chemically enhanced flavor they probably wouldn't have any at all. So, since you are just trading one form of flavor enhancement for another, no problem.

The only way my husband will eat a hamburger is with KETCHUP AND MUSTARD...it is the norm at our house here in Maine and for over 50 years! Just good eatin', friend!

Put whatever you want on it...you're going to be eating it right! If some one else is going to eat it then let them make that choice for themselves, but you can out anything you like. It's pretty normal to put both ketchup and mustard on it. TOTALLY YOUR CHOICE!

You should have your burger the way you want. If ketchup and mustard are your choices, then go with it. You decide what's right for you.

It depends on if you like mustard and/or ketchup. I would put both on it and mayonaise.

Some people do that although I can't imagine why. I prefer real mustard (not that yellow paint) because it is an obvious choice (catsup is for french fries).

what ever you like, Katsup, mustard, bbq sauce. You are the one eating it. It's like wine, when people ask me what wine should I have with a certain meal, I will make a basic suggestion and then I will ask "What do you like to drink" Its up to personal prefrence
