Any votes for the spicy Captain Morgan? Or should I just stay with an inexpensive traditional dark? Is Meyers too top shelf for this baking venture?

I always like Bicardi dark rum. However, I'm sure any dark rum you use would be fine. Just keep in mind that the rum will concentrate as it cooks, so don't go too cheap or your cake will taste horrible.
