I need the recpie for chessey hashbrown casserole I have the ingreidents but missplaced my recpie and i am going to make it tommrow.

Creamy Potato Casserole

"Warm and creamy cream of potato soup and sour cream are folded into hash brown potatoes, green onion and cheese. This lovely combo is then heated in the oven until the extra cheese on top melts and everything else is toasty warm."
INGREDIENTS:
1 (2 pound) package frozen
hash brown potatoes
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 cups shredded Cheddar
cheese, divided
1 (10.75 ounce) can

condensed cream of potato
soup
1/4 cup butter
2 cups sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a small pot, heat the soup, butter or margarine and sour cream over low heat.
3. Combine potatoes, green onion and 1 cup cheese into a large mixing bowl. Mix in the heated soup mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle one cup of cheese over the top of the casserole.
4. Bake 30 to 45 minutes. Serve warm.

Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole
1 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
4 slices cooked bacon, well browned and crumbled
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of onion soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can warm water
1 cup onions, thinly sliced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix soup and water. Add hash browns, onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Transfer to 1 9x13" baking dish and top with rest of the cheese.
Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with bacon and chopped chives or green onion tops.

This is pretty close to the recipe I use, although I like to add a package of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing powder to it for a little kick!! The link below has 47 variations if this doesn't look like the recipe you normally use.


CHEESY HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE

2 lbs. hash browns, defrosted
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated sharp cheese (Colby or cheddar)

Mix above ingredients and put in a 9"x13" pan.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes (can use Ritz crackers)
1/2 c. melted butter

Melt butter and add corn flakes to mix. Sprinkle topping over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour until the center is bubbly.

I've tried several hashbrown casseroles and this is my favorite.
