has anyone tried this recipe? i dont even kno wat its called.. my mom used to make them, and she lost the recipe for them.. but basically it was cheerios and melted caramel in and out, and she cut them into squares..

anyone kno wat im tlaking about? do u kno where i can fin tthe recipe??? i wanna make them for thankgiving...

This is the closest recipe I could find however ... you may be able to substitute nuts for cheerios...

It will be ok. You are probably going to go over your 1,200 goal today, but don't get discouraged! Tomorrow is a whole new day. Just don't binge tonight! Couple of things though. Have you considered soy or almond milk instead of the skim milk? Plain almond milk has only 60 calories per glass and a lot less sugar than skim milk. Also, don't eat cereal and then also a bar. That's redundant. Pick one and then have a piece of fruit instead of the other thing or even an egg. Get the "light" pringles. There are only 70 calories per serving and I think they taste completely amazing.

no but love carmel and cheerios eat cheerios every morning so good for u a great snack too

I think you make them as you would make Rice Krispy treats but instead of rice crispys you would use cheerios.
