Sorry to say you, no matter what you try to do with it you will not get the heat out by adding something to it, you will just have more of what you started with, the chili spice is cooked into the base. Better yet, for you and all the others that will read this, look-up Scoville Scale and then you'll all understand.

Either make another pot of chili minus the spices or do what Zengirl suggested. Whichever way you choose, just split them up and freeze them until ready to use.

Add come diced tomatoe a few squeezes of ketchup and some water and a couple dashes of sugar and it will take the kick out of it some!!
Or just add some sheddard cheese and sourcream but will make it creamy lookin!!

Add some extra tomatoes, and a couple of tablespoons of sugar to help absorb some of the heat. Let it cook for another 1/2 hour or so.
