Hi, I need some help finding a recipe-
(I bet know on will no)

My aunt's boyfriend brings in a dish that has cranberries, nuts, and all. It's a actually pink, not red, not something you bake. I think you have to keep it cold to.

Sorry-I know I don't have much info, but he's not coming this year, and that's on of my favourite desserts. I know not many people are going to answer.

P.s I don't know if this is a recipe he made up, or if it is actually out of a book or something.

It's some sort of cranberry salad... it has cool whip in it and also Jello...

Go to www.allrecipes.com...

Use their search feature where you put in the ingredients you do know and it will give you recipes that include those items...

Good luck!

Here's a recipe you can have, but what I think you should do is go to: http://allrecipes.com
Click on "Ingredient Search", to the right of their Search button.
Type: cranberries, nuts
Maybe something will come up for you.

"Baked Cranberry Sauce" - 10 servings

1 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries; thawed
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup orange marmalade
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; pour into a greased 11x7x2" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until cranberries are tender. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate leftovers.

Cranberry Harvest Muffins Copyright

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 1/4 cups whole milk
2 extra-large eggs
1/2 pound unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
1/2 cup medium-diced Calimyrna figs
3/4 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts, toasted and skinned
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup granulated sugar

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture and add the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Stir quickly just to combine. Add the cranberries, figs, hazelnuts, and both sugars and stir just to distribute the fruits, nuts, and sugar evenly throughout the batter.

Spoon the batter into the paper liners, filling each one to the top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until browned on the top and a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffins comes out clean.

Is this it?

1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries
8 ounces miniature marshmallows
2 cups white sugar
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
If using frozen cranberries let thaw before using. In a food processor or blender grind the cranberries. Add the sugar, crushed pineapple and marshmallows. Let mixture stand overnight.
Just before serving stir in the sliced banana and whipped cream.

Mary G is right.. it's a dish where you put in jello in cool whip, add nuts and cranberries and whatever you like in it and chill it.

I usually do that with lime jello and I add pineapples, marshmallow, and nuts. Very good, so you pretty much can do whatever you want, as long the jello and cool whip is mixed together and the rest is whatever you want to add.

Good luck.
