I bought some "Leasa" brand won ton wrappers - only to get home and discover there's no cooking instructions! I'm filling them with a seared seafood and vegetable mix. I don't want to deep fry them. Should I steam them and then saute them or just saute them? I'm trying to get them like pot stickers. Thanks!

I'm making a delicious pot roast for dinner tonight in the crock pot. It will be cooking for about 7 hours on low. I would like to add mushrooms to it. Should I put them in now (just started cooking) or wait until 2-3 hours before the roast is done? I don't want to overcook them (I'm using sliced baby bellas).
