I have to say I go with Black Widow , Have you ever tried Cincinnati Chilli ... Its a differnt blend ... It has cinnamon , its not like spicy hot ...its just unique and addictive... You can go to the skyline chilli web site and get it shipped . If you live in a state that has Krogers .. You can just go and buy the packet .. its a powdered packet that you add meat . tomato paste and water to . get hot dogs.. cheese ..onions and oyster crackers. Once you go cinci you dont go back .... oh yeah serve it over spagetti .

Other than playing with the spices in chili or using a variety of meats or sausages, chili is chili. But, there in one little twist you could use which I sometimes do and that is to add some thin spaghetti pasta to your chili. Break the pasta into short pieces of approximately 1" or so, precook it and then add to your chili as much or little as you like.

Cincinnati style chili is the best! It is by far my favortie food! It is so good over spagetti pasta with shredded cheddar cheese! And on (mild flavor) hotdogs with cheddar cheese!

Use several different types of meat-stew beef, ground turkey, meatloaf mix (veal, pork, and beef). Add diced tomatoes, use pinto beans (my grandmother says it tastes better) use different sorts of spices, i.e. use habaneros alongside jalapenos (though be cautious they are VERY spicy, but good). Add diced vegetables-carrots and zucchini would probably work well.
Just expiriment, that is how I come up with my best recipes!

Make chili nachos with cheese, olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, and if you like it (I don't personally) sour cream and guacamole.
