Last time I lined the grill with foil and put water in it to cook. Then took it the foil and water out when the chicken was cooked and then I put bbq sauce on it and cook for another 5-10 min.
I don't think it would be good to grill the marinated chicken in the water. So how can I grill it without it drying out?

I have a bet with my mother funny as it sounds she is as stubborn as a mule. Trying to tell a 34 year old man he's wrong all the time. She says most restraunts use imitation CRAB LEGS....I said thats absurd....They may use imitation meat not imitation Legs. I said most restraunts either use Alaskan King Crabs, Snow Crabs or Dungeonous Crabs. Am I correct?

Its a pecan or walnut pie that is like the normal pecan pie but has a thick layer of chocolate, almost like a runny fudge, in the middle. very, very, rich and incrediably tasteful.

thank you

How do I make sure this never happens again? I used a propane grill. Medium heat (or so I thought). Only salt & pepper on the steaks. They came out great, but it was scary! Thanks!
