This is a really good one everyone I know likes. I've made it a number of times and was given the recipe by my great aunt who would fix it for her Garden Club ladies who loved it. CHICKEN CASSEROLE Here's what you need: - Cooked chicken - cut into bite-sized pieces (or pulled into bite-size pieces) - can be leftover rotisserie chicken, boiled chicken or even fried chicken without the skin - Steamed Broccoli pieces (bite size) - 1 can cream of chicken soup - condensed (don't add water) - 1/2 cup mayonnaise - 2 T prepared mustard - 1 tsp curry - 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or cojack cheese - Bread crumbs - Butter Place a layer of broccoli in the bottom of your casserole dish - enough to cover the bottom. Then place the chicken on top of that. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, the mayonnaise, mustard and curry and spread over the chicken. Spread the shredded cheese over the soup mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top to cover. Dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until the cheese bubbles - about 20-25 minutes if you do it right after putting it together. If you make it ahead of time (without cooking), refrigerate (can even make the day before that far), and when ready to use, just increase the time to 40-45 minutes. The temperature stays the same. You would cut into it with a spoon, all the way to the bottom so you get some of everything. It really is very good. My hubby loves it. Another one he loves is to take ground beef - you cook it until no longer pink, drain, and add Taco Seasoning to it (I use 1/4 pkg to 1 lb of ground beef) and about 2 T of water. Mix well. Place a layer of refried beans in a casserole pan. Add the ground beef (cooked and seasoned). Add 1 small can diced green chilies and spread it over the beef. Add 1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese. Add 2/3 c taco sauce over the top of all that. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with Tortilla chips. Hope that helps.

Soak 500 gm. rice grain in water for 1-2 hours. Then drain the water & make the rice grains totally dry. Then use these dried rice grains to make flour. This floor will be used for making MODAK.
Shread a wet coconut (white thing not dry ). Take Jaggary or sugar in equal amount of coconut. Mix it with coconut & heat it. When it get mixed & dissolved in coconut, stop heating. this mixture will be used further.
Now take boiling water & add it to previously made rice flour & make a dough well mixed. prepare small balls of dough & make a flat circular structure of it with the help of fingers. In this circular structure add the previously made mixture of coconut & jaggery/sugar. Now close the circular structure with fingers so that coconut mixture will be inside the rice flour ball. Make all the balls like this.
Steam these balls for about 30 - 40 minutes. after steaming remove this & while eating add a little butter (Indian Ghee) & eat it.
This food is very delicious & highly nutricious. Favourite food of Indian God Ganesha. TRY IT.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNBv7
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I say....Go Asian!
Thailand Style Barbecued Chicken
1 whole chicken, about 3-3 1/2 pounds, cut into 8-10 pieces, or 4
pounds of chicken wings, thighs, bone-on breast etc.
2 limes cut in wedges
2 red chilies, finely sliced to garnish
Marinade
2 lemon grass stalks, chopped (subs: 2 lemon's zest)
1-inch piece of fresh ginger
6 garlic cloves
4 shallots (subs: 1 onion)
½ bunch cilantro roots
1 tbsp palm sugar (subs: brown sugar)
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
Blend the marinade ingredients in the food processor; toss the chicken
pieces with it. Place in a resalable container, chill and marinade
for at least 4 hours.
-to much ingredients? OR-
i prefer to marinate the wings in smashed garlic and ginger first,
than proceed to below recipe :) -maika
3 lbs. (about 16) chicken wings
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Vegetable oil for deep-frying
Salt
Using kitchen shears, cut off wing tip, cutting at the joint.
Reserve tips for use at another time. Cut the other two sections at
joint. At center of each section, cut to the bone all the way
around, then make 5 cuts lengthwise from circle to ends. Mix next 4
ingredients until smooth and blended. Dip chicken in batter and fry
in hot deep oil (350 F. on frying thermometer) until browned and
crisp. Drain and sprinkle with salt. Makes about 32 pieces.

And serve them with:
Shrimp fried rice
When it comes to asian cuisine, everything is on high heat, and
fast. That's why their veges are still bright and crisp and
flavorful, they respect the vegetables. to learn and read more

below is not exactly a recipe, but i'm sure you can follow, if not
ask me something :)
"for stir fry, start off with oil, fry the peeled shrimp til pink,
add garlic and ginger (minced), then add onions (sweat for a while)
[and/or vegetables of your choice: waterchestnuts, snowpeas, sugar
snap pease, 1 inch green scallions, sliced carrots, sliced different
colored bell peppers, peas, bean sprouts, etc.] add soysauce, sesame
seed oil ,(just a lil, very strong)., and lil brown sugar (if you
like), add the already cooked day old rice (must be this way to let
the rice get a chance to dry out, so when you refry it's not mushy).
Mix well, to incorporate the soy sauce to get brown rice"
if you wanted to add egg to this, i perfer you do it seperately then
fold it in.
