For tacos, buy a packaged taco seasoning such as Taco Bell or Pace or El Paso. They also have containers of taco seasoning on the baking aisle in your grocery store.

For hamburgers, add an egg to the meat when you mix it up to keep it moist. Add some fresh garlic and onion, maybe some tomato sauce or salsa, some shredded cheese, maybe some Mrs. Dash which has some great flavors out. There are many different ways you can season your hamburgers. Just be careful not to add too many seasonings or your burgers will be dry! The more seasonings you add, you may have to add more eggs or maybe some milk!

Yes, the onion soup mix and garlic powder(not garlic salt)Or chop up whole garlic(which is very strong) and/or chopped onions are the best ideas, but you can overdo the flavor that way and make it too seasoned. But once you get the right combo of seasoning down for your taste, it's the best way to go ! Liquid smoke is good for burgers to. Tacos just need taco seasoning. Unless you want custom tacos, then I recomend trying the above forementioned or experamenting with seasonings. Natures Seasoning is way better than Season All. Also try Daddy Hinkles, they have seasonings and marinades that are good.

For hamburgers - dice up some green onions, mix with with some garlic (go lightly on this one) mix with the ground meat and grill. Also use prepared seasonings like "Tony Chachere's" seasoning. (My spelling may be off on that name but it's usually in the spice section of the supermarket)

For tacos just throw some salsa into the meat when cooking. I prefer Pace's salsa but any good brand should be fine. Just be careful with all seasonings until you learn what they taste like. You don't want to burn the enamel off your teeth.

If you use really lean ground meat you'll have to use seasonings as without the fat content it is really bland.

Tacos- Use the seasoning packets!! Ortega and Taco Bell is what I use.
Hamburgers- Salt, pepper and garlic POWDER not garlic salt. Seasoning salt good too. Some people use Lipton Onion Soup mix and blend with beef. That's good too!

i always add onions. if you are using a ground beef with a lower fat content, it not only adds flavor, but helps keep the meat moist.

for tacos, i add a bit of onion and one of the taco bell or mccormick taco seasoning packets. i sometimes add additional chili powder if i'm in the mood for spice.

when i make hamburgers, i use onion soup mix or a combo of worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. with burgers you can enhance flavor in many different ways. be creative and don't be afraid to try something different!

I love garlic, so I use a garlic salt parsley season on everything. Burgers, a little garlic salt or powder, salt/pepper, Lawry's salt, sometimes dry onion soup mix.
For tacos, I just use the package stuff. Make sure you're not using too much meat, I think one package is for 1 lb of meat.

For tacos, red chile powder, cumin, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper. I put a little of each in (1 tsp), taste and add until I like it. For hamburgers, finely diced onions or shallots, worcestershire sauce (1 - 2 tablespoons), and 1/4 cup milk to keep it moist. Or substitute beer for the milk.

A splash of BBQ sauce, some salt & pepper, a big dash of worcestershire sauce, and seasoned breadcrumbs for burgers (and an egg to hold it together).
For tacos, I always buy the seasoning mix in the packet at the store....usually old el paso.
