Certainly. That would make them that much more healthier. If you feel up to experimenting a bit, I would suggest the following substitutions. Whole wheat flour for white flour. Stevia for sugar (1/4 to 1/2 tsp. stevia=1cup sugar). Again more natural, and healthy. Enjoy!

Of course! Natural PB is so good and doesn't have added sugar, other oils, or preservatives. It also has a more "peanutty" flavor.
