Ok so my bottle of mayo says it expires on the 7th of this month. Today being the 5th I'm a little skeptical as to whether or not it's still good. would you use it?

no offense to them, i just dont like them. i especially like really spicy soups. i dont mind if its a thick or thin soup, and if and any soups that are interesting and away from versions that you can get in cans(ex, no recipes for chicken noodle or vegetable rice) any recipes would be much appreciated.

I need two more dinner meals that are low calorie for this weeks meals. Keep in mind my husband doesn't care for salad stuff too much. I currently have on the menu turkey meatloaf for one night , Chicken, swiss chard and rice for another, and shrimp, pasta with spicy tomatoe sauce. Please give me some low calorie healthy ideas. "how could u screw up jello?" i thought... until i added pineapple to it.
it wouldn't set.
my roommate laughed at me, and so did my mom. lol i had no idea though, i guess this is a well known fact to everyone but me!
