Hawaiian Fried Rice
1 lb ground chicken
3 carrots (diced)
3 stalks celery (diced)
1 yellow onion (chopped)
2 cups water
1 cup soy sauce
6 cups cooked rice
Brown ground chicken in large skillet (with less oil)...keep aside.
Meanwhile, prepare celery, carrots and onion.
In large soup pot combine ground chicken, celery, carrots, onion, soy sauce and water.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer until vegetables are soft (around 25 minutes).
Add rice to pot and mix well.

Beef Stroganoff
2 Cans of Cream of Mushroon Soup
2 Cans of Cream of Celery Soup
1 1/2 lbs of Stew Beef (though you can use stir fry beef and just cut it up more, works great and comes in smaller portions)
Melt 2 tablespoon of butter in frying pan, saute stew beef till brown (you can add a small diced onion if you want to)
In sauce pan heat soups, add cooked stew beef, simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.

it would help if i knew what ingredients you had.
rice. you have rice. so here's my best.
"mock" risotto
cook rice.
saute chopped onion & garlic in olive oil, add a dash of thyme & salt & pepper.
stir in the rice, stir in a can of chicken stock,stir in about a half cup of cream cheese, some peas(either frozen or canned),stir in some parmesean cheese.
serve hot and top with parmesean.
for healthy lowcal version, use brown rice & lowfat cream cheese.

take four broccoli sprouts cut up cauliflower quantity you can eat at one sitting wash and place in covered cooking bowel filled with water. Add couple of squats of ballsanwich (spelling ?) vinegar and add garlic
Nest put helping of farm cat fish into covered bowel, fill with water.
You need two timers. Put one on hour and one on half hour. When half hour goes off turn on pot of pasta to boil. And set timer on ten minutes.
When you get into routine next part comes easy. Take two cups of whole wheat flour one egg can get dehydrided egg whites
two heaping spoons of baking soda. mix with toogether than add wter. Amount of water will very. try for consisteny of pankcake miix. It's safe to start with cut and a half add more till you get something easy to pour but not too watery. When 10 timer goes off put muffin pans into over. Makes about 14.
Throw some spinish into pasta. You could have at beginning added bake potatoe..
You need mess tray to eat this efffectively. Put CB in one section. Put spinish and fisg in another. Wash sone lettuace and put it in bis section where pasta will go. Put maple syrrp on CB P
Put lenon juice on fish and spinich. Add couple of beets. a nd baby carroits.
