2 tbsp. splenda brown sugar substitute

In bowl, combine beef, onion, garlic, eggs, and crackers. Mix well and pat into baking dish or cast iron skillet. Bake 1 hr at 400, drain off grease. Pour water and tomato paste mixture over and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Mix topping ingredients and pour over meatloaf, bake another 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mashed potatoes
Corn on the Cobb

Peach Cobbler
1 Cup self-rise flour
1 Cup granulated sugar
1 Cup milk
1 large can peaches, do not drain
1 stick margarine

Melt margarine in 9x13 dish in oven. Mix flour, sugar and milk into a batter. Pour peaches in, juice too. Pour batter over top and bake in preheated 350 degree oven until top is a golden brown. The other way she taught me was to put the batter in first on top of the margarine, then pour peaches and juice on top and bake.

ribs, baked potato.
It's easy and hearty. Ribs take no time to prepare but, they do take a long time to cook.
Place ribs in a 13x9 dish, pour Italian dressing over them, cover with foil. either put in oven or place on grill, cook on low 2 hours. ( about 300 degrees ) If using grill, take out of pan and place on grill, brush with BBQ sauce for a few minutes. If using oven, drain liquid from pan leaving ribs in pan, brush with BBQ sauce and cook a few more minutes on broil. Ribs always come out very moist and flavorful. meat falls right off the bone.
